Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-desk operations, parent enquiries, and visitor interactions
Handle admissions, student registration, and maintain documentation
Support daily nursery operations and coordinate with teachers & management
Prepare reports, schedules, attendance records, and official communication
Maintain and update administrative databases and filing systems
Assist with events, parent meetings, and school communications
Ensure compliance with ADEK and nursery operational standards
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of administrative experience
, preferably in a school or nursery
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional, friendly, and able to handle parents confidently
Must be currently in UAE
Immediate joiner preferred
