Administrative Officer
who has at least
2 years of experience in a garage or automotive repair setting

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily administrative operations and front-desk duties
Schedule and confirm appointments with customers
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service records
Manage invoices, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and mechanics
Track inventory and order parts as needed
Ensure efficient workflow in support of the service team
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in an auto repair/garage setting (required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with automotive shop management systems (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
