About the job Administrative Manager

Our client is a leading Aftermarket dealer of spare parts in the UAE with branch offices in various countries is looking for an Administrative Manager to join their team in Dubai.

Requirement:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a property management or automotive industry is required in a Global company
  • Strong Admin and MS Office skills
  • Should have good communication skills and personality
  • Language preference is English & Hindi
  • A valid UAE Driving License is preferred
  • We prefer someone who can join immediately
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and staff activities.
  • Train, evaluate, and take corrective action with employees as needed.
  • Enhance administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and functional.
  • Collaborate with accounting and management for budgeting, expense monitoring, payroll, and financial tasks.
  • Organize CSR and office events, including meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Manage data collection, organization, and storage using appropriate systems.
  • Maintain secure, safe, and compliant facilities.
  • Enforce adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Supervise equipment maintenance, repairs, and systems management.
  • Monitor and report progress on special projects and company objectives.
  • Pursue professional growth through educational opportunities.
