Pan, coordinate and improving administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Remaining responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc. for staff
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Receive and interact with incoming visitors, resolves visitor problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
Performing other work-related duties as assigned including supporting corporate compliance team as needed.
Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
Dealing with vendor or government sector as needed
Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Experience in a related field, such as management are preferred
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Candidate who can communicate (oral and written) fluent Chinese is preferably
