Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to the office and facility management team.
Coordinate internal communication between departments, maintenance vendors, and management.
Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance schedules.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Draft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the admin and facilities team.
Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and presentations using MS Excel and other office tools.
Support in handling property-related documentation, lease records, and service requests.
Schedule and follow up on repairs, maintenance requests, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, safety protocols, and company standards.
Provide support for events, meetings, and internal logistics.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or facilities coordination (real estate sector preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred:
Experience with facility or property management systems/tools.
