Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

:

Manage and follow up on daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare official correspondence and reports in both Arabic and English. Organize, maintain, and archive files and documents systematically. Coordinate between different departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Contribute to improving administrative procedures and developing work methods.

Requirements and Qualifications

:

Minimum of two years of experience in administration and follow-up. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration or a related field. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Excellent organizational, follow-up, and reporting skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. nationality is Arab
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
