We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant cum Junior Accountant to support office operations, basic accounting functions, and coordination activities. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and operational teams
Manage incoming calls, visitors, emails, and official correspondence
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and site teams for operational requirements
Maintain office supplies, inventory, and basic procurement activities
Handle document control, filing systems, and digital records
Support logistics, courier, and mail management
Assist with basic accounting tasks, documentation, and record keeping
Ensure efficient, organized, and compliant office workflows
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic accounting knowledge is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 1 year of administrative or receptionist experience in the UAE
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office management software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
