Daily expense entry and petty cash handling
Bank reconciliation and invoice tracking
Assist with VAT filings and vendor payments
Maintain accounts in software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho)
o Admin:
Organize files, documents, and maintain office inventory
Coordinate maintenance and office supplies
Draft letters, emails, and handle follow-ups
Liaise with suppliers and vendors
o HR:
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
