We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Data Clerk to input, update, and maintain information in our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and a passion for data integrity. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our records are current, organized, and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data from various sources into company databases and software systems
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Update existing records as needed
Generate reports and perform data queries as requested
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related issues
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus
Good English communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with administrative duties and basic office equipment
Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
Knowledge of database management and reporting tools
Basic understanding of data privacy and security protocols
