Summary



We are looking for a motivated and highly organised

Administrative Coordinator

to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth delivery of our education programmes across the UAE and wider Middle East, while also providing support to our UK operations when needed.

You will be responsible for coordinating course logistics, managing learner registrations, liaising with tutors and venues, and ensuring students have everything they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a passion for supporting learners in their education journey.

Key Responsibilities



Learner Support and Administration



Act as the first point of contact for learner queries across the UAE and UK, ensuring professional and timely support. Process registrations, payments, and certifications, maintaining accurate student records in CRM systems. Issue joining instructions, course materials, and certificates. Provide administrative support to ensure all learners are fully prepared for their programmes.

Programme Coordination



Book and confirm venues for courses, workshops, and exams across Dubai and the wider region. Liaise with freelance tutors and assessors to coordinate schedules and delivery. Support compliance with awarding bodies (Active IQ, REPs UAE, etc.), ensuring all processes are accurate and up to standard. Prepare course-day logistics, including attendance sheets, certificates, and resources.

Stakeholder Engagement



Maintain clear communication with learners, tutors, and venues to resolve any issues quickly and effectively. Build positive relationships with partners and suppliers to support ongoing programme delivery.

Sales & Enrolment Support



Support the sales team by processing new student enrolments. Provide prospective learners with accurate information on programmes and services when needed. Assist with promotional activities and campaigns led by the sales and marketing teams.

Who We Are Looking For



Strong organisational skills with experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within education, training, or fitness. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure. Confident with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Passionate about education and helping learners succeed.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
