  • Provide full support to the Production Manager as well as Supervisors, of the department.
  • Calendar management Leave management & Travel management of the Department.
  • Scheduling trainings and meetings of the Department.
  • Collect, update, organize and prepare information during meeting presentations.
  • Writing minutes of meetings and other directives.
  • Coordinate & follow-up all production related issues with other departments.
  • Act as area owner of production office in maintaining 5S organization targets.
  • Take part in 5S program as one of area auditor.
  • Create monthly ZBB reports that details under and overspending of all departments cost centers.
  • Monitor accuracy of cost allocation to different cost centers and proper GL accounts.
  • Check and submit Divergence reports if any.
  • Create Purchase Requisition, follow-up PO, delivery and Invoice Booking.
  • Create provisions and checks reversals.
  • Generate, control and monitor Budget report for Production and Warehouse Department.
  • Point of contact between the Company and the third-party manpower contractor related to all kinds of manpower issue.
  • Manage & Control Invoices and Statements from the third-party manpower contractor.
  • Create PR/PO, provisions, invoice booking, check reversals and approvals.

  • Routine review of third-party manpower contract and alignment with procurement team.
  • Create daily and weekly schedule/ allocation of third-party manpower as per production requirement.
  • Manage third party manpower records pertaining to new joiners, resignations, sick leave, annual leave and absenteeism.
  • Manage joining procedures on incoming third-party employees. Induction, system registration and basic PPE issuance.
  • Handles departmental data and information management (department KPI\xe2\x80\x99s); includes data collection, file updates and visual management updates (graphs).
  • Handles all departmental financial process; cash advances and reimbursements.
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Education

Academic Background

  • Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make the company operations more productive while maintaining quality standard.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner.
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
  • SAP knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity.
  • Team player, organized and detailed oriented.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration
