Key Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data encoding, document management, scanning, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing technical or financial reports, depending on background.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding project documents, permits, billing, or procurement.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and databases.
Support engineers or accountants with administrative tasks.
Handle phone calls, scheduling, and email communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies and document control procedures.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of
Engineering
(any field) or
Accounting
.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and time-management skills.
