The role includes coordination with immigration and JAFZA, payroll administration, housing rental admin, procurement of office supplies, meeting arrangements, and petty cash management. After successful onboarding, the role may expand to include simple contract data entry and follow-up to assist the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as front-desk representative: welcome visitors, manage phone lines and incoming mail.
Coordinate visa/ID, immigration and JAFZA administrative processes and communications.
Handle payroll-related administrative tasks and support housing rental arrangements.
Perform cashier duties: petty cash handling, basic cash bookkeeping and daily cash reconciliations.
Procure office supplies and manage vendor interactions.
Arrange meetings, conference rooms and company events.
Maintain accurate filing and confidentiality of HR and financial documents.
After initial period, assist with basic contract entry and follow-up for Sales Manager as required.
Requirements
Education:
Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or above.
Experience:
one year similar role; administrative/front-desk or cashier experience is a plus.
Languages:
Proficient in Mandarin/Chinese and English.
Skills:
Professional front-desk presence, good communication, basic numeracy and organisational skills.
Other:
Eligible to work in the UAE and meet JAFZA employment/visa requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
AED 6,000 - AED 10,000 (salary may be increased if Sales Assistant duties are added).
Bonuses:
Quarterly/annual bonus eligibility following probation and company performance reviews.
