Job Description

  • Scheduling management meetings, creating agendas, and attending meetings to record minutes.
  • Assistant to owner and follow their orders
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications.
  • Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepares reports by collecting information.
Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of office management software, such as , Google Suite, and MS Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of management policies and office procedures.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED111.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Language:
  • ARABIC AND ENGLISH (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • DRIVER (Preferred)
