We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in preparing job descriptions, requirements, and vacancy announcements, as well as employment contracts. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate staff recruitment, monitor workplace health and safety management, and file correspondence and other records. Other duties include preparing agendas or programs for meetings, performing tasks assigned by the General Manager, and preparing and attending corporate events, meetings, and conferences. The Administrative Assistant will also support issuing visas and travel requirements for business meetings, including visitors, managing office correspondence with the headquarters and external partners, and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems. The successful candidate will liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients, always adhere to all policies, adhere to local and international compliance rules, and cooperate with all teams in the Group of Companies. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Marketing team for business meetings organization.
