Known for our commitment to excellence and innovation, we\'re looking for a versatile and dedicated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. : As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at Horizon Gate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our real estate agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing front office activities, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and property viewings.
  • Supporting real estate agents with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Maintaining and updating client databases and records.
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Liaising with clients and providing them with first-level support and information.
  • Ensuring office supplies are stocked and office equipment is maintained.
  • Performing other administrative duties as required to support the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices is advantageous but not essential.
