Job Description

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office by providing essential support to executives and staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative duties, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with project coordination. Responsibilities: * Manage and organize daily schedules for executives, ensuring optimal time management.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Provide support for travel arrangements and itineraries for staff.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.
