We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a UAE National, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Prepare and edit various documents, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports
Qualifications
UAE National status
2-3 years of experience in administrative roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with UAE business culture and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
