Key Responsibilities
Assist with handling phone calls, emails, and basic correspondence.
Support the team with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Help schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Provide basic support for document preparation and presentations.
Coordinate with colleagues and vendors as needed.
Learn and apply office procedures under the supervision of senior staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of UAE administrative experience.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
Professional, well-presented, and reliable.
