Reporting structure Reports To Head of Hub Services Direct Reports Nil Job Summary and Purpose Data management and control, Invoicing, and vendor payments.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain the most accurate record of all "In-use" and "Off-Hired" Resources. Prepare Monthly Resource allocations summary and share details with vendor for invoicing. Responsible for receiving and verifying the vendor invoices. Coordinate with the vendor to correct invoices if required. Process vendor payments on time, and follow up with Finance for updates on the payment status. Reconciliation of payments against the updated vendor SOA. Regularly update datarecords for accurate and timely submission of MIS reports as required. Maintain a watch over operations to control expenses, to ensure the functioning of operations within the approved budget limits. Maintains expiry, renewal status of contracts. Key Result Areas Maintain and control the cost and maintain documents for the services (i.e. workflows & electronic/hard copy filing systems) Accuracy of data and reports Customer satisfaction, compliance to QatarEnergy and Company protocols for HSE, Grievance redressal Interactions and Working Relations Internal: Finance, P&SC and Section Coordinators Purpose: Clarity on budgets, costs, and contractual elements
Internal: Contractor's Finance department. Purpose: Clarity on payments and SOA updates Financial Authorities As per TOFA Qualifications, Experience and Job Skills Qualifications: Hospitality or Business Administration Diploma or Degree. Preferably majoring in Finance.
Experience: . Experience in a large company / business house in managing finance as cost controller . 4 years experience including the 3 years as Cost Controller
