. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Assist in document preparation, data entry, and internal reports.
Manage office inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers.
Support HR activities such as maintaining employee records and scheduling interviews.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and follow-ups.
Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and team activities.
Provide backup support to other departments when required
Requirements:
Female candidates on husband/family visa only

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication skills in
English, Malayalam, and Hindi
.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Must have own transportation
(no transport provided).
