reliable and long-term Administrative Assistant
.
This is a
stable office-based role
where you will be the main support to the Director in daily administration. The position is best suited for someone who values
stability, work-life balance, and a family-friendly environment
rather than corporate hierarchy or rapid promotions.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day office administration, filing, and documentation.
Handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
Preparing letters, reports, and simple correspondence.
Supporting in training coordination (schedules, emails, certificates).
Maintaining records with confidentiality.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Familiar with office administration.
Stable work history - looking for
long-term commitment

Good English communication (written & spoken).
Computer skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Email).
Should be dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently in a small office.
