Job Responsibilities:
General Support: Handling daily admin tasks like filing and correspondence.
Reception: Greeting visitors, answering calls.
Departmental Help: Assisting HR, Business Development, and Finance with documentation and coordination.
Scheduling: Managing calendars and meetings.
Client Interaction: Helping with client communications.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably supporting multiple departments.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Software Skills: Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Immediate availability to start is required.
