Job Description

Main Duties:
  • Typing and maintaining of official documents and letters pertaining to the Cluster Team.
  • Receiving, directing, and responding to emails of behalf of the Senior Cluster Team as appropriate.
  • Liaise with Aldar Education HQ Admin Team to ensure that the Cluster Team is included in communication of events and activities.
  • Design new documents, where necessary, to improve the Cluster Team records and effectiveness.
  • Maintaining up to date records for the Cluster Team.
  • Arrange transport and accommodation for the Cluster Team where required.
  • Responsible for general communication to stakeholders in our schools.
  • Attend all administration team meetings.
  • Schedule meetings and co-ordinate support visits to schools.
  • Contributes to the whole team in achieving objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Specific Duties:
  • Attend any training deemed necessary in relation to the role of Admin Support.
  • Work with the team on research, data collection and analysis and the compilation of data into a suitable format.
  • Responsible for any purchase orders with approved external vendors and suppliers
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualification:
  • GCSE or equivalent, NVQ/ High School Diploma or equivalent (certificate will need to be attested)
Minimum Experience:
  • 2 years previous in an administrative role
  • Previous experience in the Education sector is preferable.
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Fluent English communication skills, written and oral (An ability to speak Arabic would be an advantage)
  • Attention to detail with diligent follow up, and able to execute and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and delivering results under pressure.
  • Organizational ability, of self and others.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible, resilient, patient
  • Have ability to work flexibly
