Managing the Senior Directors' calendar and the business diary
Reserve meeting rooms for team members and coordinate with external guests
Meet and greet clients and other guests and ensure a pleasant experience
Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks, e.g. Finance, Travel, Projects, etc.
Managing incoming calls, emails, and other communications ordering supplies and maintaining the office in good operations
Assisting the wider team with administrative functions when required
The Successful Applicant
Experience with the DIFC/DFSA is required
Proven relevant experience offering administrative support for a major corporation
Diploma or Bachelor's degree is highly regarded
Solid expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal, time management, adaptability, and multitasking abilities
Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
Excellent organiser and collaborative spirit
