Key Responsibilities:Administration:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and general office maintenance
Handle correspondence, filing systems, and document control
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and visitor protocols
Maintain and update company records, licenses, insurances, and contracts
Support procurement and logistics-related documentation and coordination
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, collecting documents, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records, leave balances, and attendance reports
Support in preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
Assist with employee relations, communication, and grievance handling
Help manage visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with PRO
Maintain HR filing systems and support payroll and benefits administration
Prepare periodic HR reports as required by management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
1 to 3 years of relevant experience,
UAE experience preferred
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of HRMS or ERP software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors)
Experience in document control or ISO documentation
