We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum Accountant to manage the day-to-day administrative tasks and accounting operations for our holiday homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial record keeping, managing bookings and reservations, coordinating with guests and vendors, and ensuring the smooth running of all administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (invoices, receipts, payments).
Handle monthly reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
Generate monthly and annual financial reports.
Process payroll and maintain employee records.
Manage petty cash and expenses tracking.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee booking calendars across all platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
Communicate with guests regarding reservations, check-in/check-out, and feedback.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Maintain inventory records of household items and supplies.
Handle vendor payments and contract renewals.
Ensure compliance with local laws and licensing requirements for short-term rentals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
Familiarity with property management or hospitality tools is a plus.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
