Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin (Telesales) position located in Dubai with F&C Properties LLC. As an Admin (Telesales for Secondary Market), you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, qualifying leads, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the team to achieve assigned sales targets, manage customer queries, convert leads into sales, and follow up on clients' feedback, leads, and complaints.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate sales opportunities.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products/services and closing deals.
-Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
-Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
-Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for reaching sales targets and improving overall performance.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
-With or without experience in an administrative or telesales position.
-Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
-Experience providing customer service and managing customer queries
-Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
-Ability to work independently and within a team environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
