Job Summary:
The Admin & Accounting Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining financial records, assisting in basic bookkeeping, and supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and reports
Support day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
