Pampered Paws Grooming, a well-established pet grooming and boarding facility in Al Yasmeen, Ajman, is looking for a

female Admin/Manager

to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of services. We are looking for someone responsible, organised, client-friendly, and passionate about pets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the shop Manage client communication and appointments Handle bookings for grooming, boarding, and related services Oversee sales, inventory, and cash handling Support staff coordination and scheduling Maintain excellent customer service and professional environment Ensure smooth workflow and shop upkeep

Requirements:

Female, aged 30-35 Minimum

5 years of work experience in the UAE

Strong administrative and customer service background Valid

UAE Driving License

is mandatory Excellent English communication skills

Tagalog-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply

(This is a preference, not a nationality requirement) Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

What We Offer:

Monthly salary of

AED 4,000 - 6,000

(depending on experience and performance)

Visa, labour card and medical insurance
