We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Admin & Social Media Officer

to support administrative operations and manage the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, timely communication with clients, and consistent branding across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities Administration

Prepare quotations, letters, reports, and follow-up communication related to valuation services. Maintain client records, valuation job logs, and documentation systems. Coordinate appointments, site visits, and communication with surveyors and clients. Support day-to-day office operations, filing, data entry, document control, and other admin tasks. Assist internal teams with coordination and process updates.

Social Media & Marketing

Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Design basic graphics and posts relevant to real estate valuation and industry insights. Monitor social media engagement, respond to online queries, and track performance analytics. Maintain photo/video libraries and ensure consistent company branding. Support marketing campaigns and online promotional activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

2-4 years of experience in administration or social media roles (UAE experience preferred).

Experience in real estate or valuation industry is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools such as Canva. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
