Manage to Update Daily Works Excel Sheet and Microsoft
Prepare Contract A, F, B and Tenancy contract
Provide full administrative support to Director by making necessary letters, documents and agreements
Handle Confidential Documents ensuring they remain secure
Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
Conduct Research and prepare Presentation or Reports if needed
Familiar with Real Estate laws and regulations (Not necessary)
Knowledge of excel sheet, Microsoft word and Power Point
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
Minimum 5 years' experience using Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of real estate management software is a plus.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
