We are seeking a proactive Admin Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to represent senior executives when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
Attend meetings on behalf of senior management when they are unavailable, ensuring all key points and decisions are communicated back.
Organize and manage the calendar of senior management, including scheduling appointments and reminders.
Serve as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and respond to emails on behalf of senior management in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Smart, dependable, and highly organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in drafting business correspondence and professional emails.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
