Leading Medical Supplies Company in Dubai looking for an experienced female secretary who should be presentable, good looking, dynamic in secretarial work with Good communication skills in English. MS office & Outlook experience with result oriented.
Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
1. Perform secretarial functions, i.e. receiving all telephone calls and transfers to the concern party if necessary, make memos / fax message, letters and send them to the concern party and a copy to the file with maintaining the general filing system.
2. Prepare quotations, invoices & delivery notes then make follow up.
3. Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, verifying receipt of shipments then scheduling its delivery to the customers.
4. Maintain record of existing & new customers and follow up regarding outstanding payments and business promotions.
5. Handling special tasks/projects as directed.
6. Valid UAE Driving license is preferred.
