Admin Secretary

Job Description

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.

Minimum 5 years' experience using Microsoft Excel.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of real estate management software is a plus.

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative and executive support to management and team members.

Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.

Maintain accurate records and files.

Assist with office operations, meetings, and events.

Use MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
