Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
Minimum 5 years' experience using Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of real estate management software is a plus.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
