Oversee day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform general administrative duties such as correspondence, letters, data entry, and filing.
Receive, categorize, and prioritize incoming correspondence for the department.
Maintain inquires log to track the status of communication and ensure prompt responses.
Follow up on responses to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain professional filing systems for all physical and digital documents.
Manage administration processes, ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval of records.
Assist with procurement tasks, including preparing and processing quotations.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and track orders.
Overall in charge for scanning the documents and maintaining in the common folder as per the file index.
Maintain records of company vehicle handover, insurance renewals, and registrations.
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles with a focus on compliance and record-keeping,
Proficiency in : MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Pre-requisite : Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and ability to work independently.
