to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, offering excellent customer service to visitors and callers, while handling a range of clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in Arabic and English
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopying
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist HR or admin team with document preparation, reports, or event coordination
Translate basic documents and verbal communications between Arabic and English when needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in office administration is a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is
required
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
