Assist the Arabic Sales Manager with daily administrative tasks.
Prepare, organize documents, contracts, and reports.
Update property listings, CRM entries, and internal records.
Schedule meetings, property viewings, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments for paperwork and approvals.
Prepare simple marketing materials or Arabic content when needed.
Maintain organized filing systems for client and property documents.
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic
(spoken and written); good English skills.
Previous admin experience; real estate experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
