About Us:

Trend Land Real Estate is a dynamic property agency specializing in sales, rentals, and investments across Dubai. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Role Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office tasks, provide support to the sales team, manage records, and ensure efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally Manage and organize property listings on portals and company database Prepare and maintain contracts, agreements, and other documents Assist in scheduling viewings and coordinating with brokers Maintain accurate filing and record systems Perform general administrative duties to support management and the sales team
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (Real estate experience) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must be based in Dubai
