Key Responsibilities:
Manage property listings and ensure accurate entry into the CRM system.
Verify property documents to confirm compliance and readiness for listing.
Actively communicate with clients, responding to inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Prepare and submit weekly progress and status reports.
Support the team by following company procedures, coordinating effectively with real estate agents, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Active, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Ability to follow procedures and maintain consistency.
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
