Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Residential Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our agents and management team. This role involves managing administrative tasks related to residential property transactions, client communications, and office coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain residential property documents such as purchase agreements, lease contracts, disclosures, and listing paperwork.
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
  • Update and maintain client and property information in the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials specific to residential properties, including flyers and online listings.
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, tenants, and vendors to facilitate smooth residential transactions.
  • Support the processing of rental applications, tenant screenings, and lease renewals.
  • Assist in invoicing, payment tracking, and basic bookkeeping related to residential transactions.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Ensure compliance with residential real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
