Upload, update, and manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and other portals.
Ensure all listings meet portal compliance standards and quality requirements.
Maintain accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
Coordinate with agents and clients to verify listing information and improve lead performance.
CRM Management
Maintain and update client and lead data in CRM software.
Track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Generate reports on leads, sales activities, and performance metrics.
General Administrative Support
Respond to client and agent inquiries.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Ensure smooth communication and workflow between team members.
Skills Required:
Experience with property listing platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, or similar).
Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures, portals, and DLD/Ejari systems.
Experience using CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred:
Prior experience in a real estate administrative or listing coordinator role.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
