proactive and detail-oriented Operations Admin
to join our team in Dubai.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Ensure smooth execution of operational tasks, supporting internal teams and maintaining workflow efficiency.
?
Communication Skills:
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients.
?
Customer Service / Sales Experience:
Previous experience in handling customers or supporting sales teams is preferred.
?
Proficiency in MS Office:
Ability to use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively for reporting and documentation.
?
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Address operational challenges and provide efficient solutions.
?
Detail-Oriented & Proactive:
Ability to monitor, track, and manage daily operational tasks with precision.
?
Order Management:
Monitor and manage
70-80 RO (Relationship Officer) Orders Daily
to ensure timely execution.
?
SOP Compliance:
Ensure assigned Relationship Officers adhere to
Operations Standard Operating Procedures (OPS SOPs)
.
?
Multitasking & Organization:
Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining structured workflows.
?
Team Player & Independence:
Work collaboratively with the team while being capable of handling tasks independently when required.
?
Adaptability:
Be flexible to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
?
Time Management:
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
? Candidates must be
available in Dubai
for an in-person interview.
?
Home country experience + 1 year of UAE experience
will be considered.
?
