Job Description

Greeting clients and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment. Managing appointments, cancellations, and scheduling for therapists/doctors. Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries. Handling customer complaints and concerns professionally. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports (appointments, sales, attendance). Managing client records, consent forms, and treatment files. Monitoring office supplies and ensuring stock availability. Coordinating with suppliers, courier services, and maintenance providers. Ensuring clinic cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Coordinating with staff regarding shift schedules and attendance. Ensuring equipment is functional and arranging maintenance when needed. Implementing clinic policies and SOPs. Processing payments (cash/card/insurance if applicable). Issuing receipts and maintaining cash register accuracy. Preparing end-of-day financial summaries. Assisting in onboarding new employees. Maintaining attendance records and preparing for payroll. Coordinating staff training, leaves, and reminders. Assisting with social media posts and client promotions. Coordinating marketing materials (posters, flyers, offers). Tracking client feedback and online reviews. Ensuring adherence to DHA/MOH/DOH regulations (if UAE). Checking that all staff are compliant with license renewals. Monitoring hygiene and sterilization standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
