Job Responsibilities:
Customer Inquiry and Communication:
Handle all customer inquiries through Email, Phone Calls, Messenger, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Google Messages.
Respond promptly and professionally to both new and existing client messages using pre-saved replies where applicable, customizing responses as needed.
Maintain polite, quick, and professional communication, especially with VIP customers.
Engage and guide potential clients to finalize bookings.
Facilitate client meetings with babysitters through Google Meet when required.
Manage all client bookings from inquiry to dispatch, ensuring a seamless experience.
Assign suitable babysitters or caregivers to customers upon payment confirmation.
Arrange drivers for babysitters as needed.
Follow up with babysitters and drivers to confirm booking assignments and ensure timely attendance.
Arrange immediate replacements in case of absenteeism or emergencies.
Monitor ongoing bookings and provide necessary client support via WhatsApp Business.
Payment and Financial Management:
Send payment links to customers and ensure timely collection of payments.
Prepare payment details for babysitters and drivers.
Prepare and finalize salary sheets for all caregivers and babysitters by the 27th of each month.
Operational and Administrative Duties:
Maintain and update daily time sheets and booking records for caregivers and babysitters.
Collect, verify, and organize required documentation from all caregivers and babysitters.
Regularly update internal databases and maintain detailed client and staff records.
Maintain and update babysitter profiles on Google Drive.
Monitor driver movements where applicable to ensure punctual service delivery.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports and communicate updates to the management.
Manage and organize the daily handover process, ensuring clear communication of:
Finalized bookings
Client engagement updates
Payment status
Notes for follow-up
Client Relationship and Service Quality:
Obtain feedback from both clients and caregivers post-service to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Address and resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Recruitment and Staff Training:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new caregivers and babysitters.
Ensure that caregivers and babysitters are trained, briefed, and prepared before dispatch.
General Duties:
Respond to important emails and facilitate online support as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client and employee information.
Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
