:
HQHC is seeking an experienced Admin Officer with a strong background in healthcare licensing procedures. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing and processing professional and facility licensing applications with the following authorities:
Department of Health - Abu Dhabi (DOH)
Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end licensing procedures for healthcare professionals and facilities.
Liaise with DHA, MOHAP, and DOH to ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on all licensing applications and renewals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all licensing activities.
Provide administrative support to the consultancy team as required.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in a healthcare consultancy company or facility in Abu Dhabi
In-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and licensing systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency in MS Office and online licensing portals (DHA, MOHAP, DOH).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
