Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operational errands efficiently
Coordinate with departments and maintain schedules
Be active, hardworking, and able to multitask under pressure
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and coordinate effectively with staff and clients
Bank-related experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Basic Salary & Allowances: QAR 2,000
Accommodation Allowance: QAR 750
Health Insurance: Hammad Hospital Health Card
Annual Leave: 21 paid days per year
Airfare: One-way ticket every year or round-trip every two years
Gratuity: Eligible upon completion of contract, as per Qatar Labour Law (based on final salary and duration of service)
Commission Structure:
Refund Avoidance: 5% commission on avoided refunds
Sales: 10% commission on successful sales
Recruitment: QAR 100-300 per successful hire
Staff Training: QAR 100-300 per staff member trained
