Admin Assistant - Documentation & Applicant Processing

ay responsable sa

end-to-end documentation at monitoring ng mga aplikante

Mga Pangunahing Tungkulin at Responsibilidad:



Pangasiwaan ang

buong documentation process ng applicants

para sa Europe job applications Siguraduhing

lahat ng aplikante ay nakokolektahan, nare-review, at napoproseso

ang required documents Makipag-ugnayan sa

applicants

para sa updates, follow-ups, kulang o expired na dokumento, at next steps Makipag-ugnayan sa

employers at recruitment partners

ukol sa status ng applicants, documentation, at processing updates Maghanda, mag-track, at mag-archive ng

contracts at agreements

(applicants, staff, employers, partners) Mag-set at mag-manage ng appointments (interviews, document submission, medical, embassy, employer schedules) Mag-monitor at mag-update ng

application status ng bawat applicant

Mga Kwalipikasyon:



Graduate ng kahit anong course o may katumbas na karanasan sa admin, documentation, o recruitment May karanasan sa overseas recruitment o applicant processing (advantage) Maayos mag-organize, detail-oriented, at may strong follow-up skills Marunong gumamit ng MS Office / Google Workspace, email, at messaging tools May mahusay na communication skills sa

Tagalog at English

(written at verbal) Marunong mag-handle ng multiple applicants at deadlines

Work Schedule / Setup:

Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month
