As a Marketing Admin, your main tasks will involve updating CRM performance reports, tests and best practices, collaborating closely with marketing teams, supporting functional leads, maintaining processes and SLAs, populating marketing sheets, and collecting and updating performance data. The role also requires following up on campaign dates, trackers and analyzing competition data with local marketing teams.

What\xe2\x80\x99s on the menu? (Duties & Responsibilities)
Working in close collaboration with the marketing teams; planning, performance, CRM on the functional processes and the daily operational & administrative tasks
Assisting the marketing teams in the validation of spend and marketing costs for incentives, marketing channels including but not limited to invoice reconciliation and data reporting
Supporting the functional leads in day-to-day operational tasks such as gathering information and input, designing and populating presentation decks, and compiling data reports.
Maintaining the functional SLA and processes with different stakeholders internally and externally, in terms of deliverables and deadlines.
What are we looking for: (Core Qualifications & Experience)
High school diploma or equivalent education
Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required
Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
