Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our organization in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the administrative department, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Admin Manager will play a crucial role in supporting various departments by providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and oversee office activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and managing records.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for the administrative department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new administrative staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing departmental activities and performance metrics.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
